We are seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop store operations across multiple locations.
- Must have prior management experience and strong leadership skills to train and supervise staff.
- Responsible for creating excellent customer service, conducting meetings, and maintaining fully staffed and trained teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards, including EPA and DEP regulations.
- Manage daily financial tasks such as accounting, bank deposits, and inventory control.
- Handle vendor check-ins, fuel pricing surveys, and promotional initiatives.
- Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and motivate staff while maintaining cleanliness and store image.
- Work in a fast-paced environment requiring energy, efficiency, reliable transportation, and open availability.
- Perform cashier duties, lift up to 35lbs, and represent the company professionally to customers.
