As a Store Manager, you will lead your team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work on-site in Athens, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales and profit goals by managing expenses, inventory, and shrinkage, and increasing net contribution.
- Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues efficiently.
- Foster associate engagement through training, mentoring, and motivation.
- Understand local market dynamics and operations-based selling.
- Ensure the store's exterior, interior, and displays meet standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail experience.
- Knowledge of paint and sundries is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Flexible hours, minimum 45 hours/week, valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds regularly.
- Consent to background checks, drug screening, and vehicle record checks.
