This position oversees all store operations, including managing department heads and personnel, ensuring effective communication, and providing strong customer service.
Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance and equipment, enforcing loss prevention policies, and implementing sales and profit strategies.
Additional duties involve supervising front-end operations, managing store expenses, community involvement, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and merchandising.
The role requires motivating staff, participating in store display design, and performing various tasks as needed.
Reports to the Area District Manager and supervises all store employees.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, management experience preferred, knowledge of store departments and merchandising, operating a cash register, a valid driver’s license, food handling certification within a year, ability to lift 50 lbs, and stamina for long hours standing or walking.
