The Store Manager is the key leader responsible for overseeing store operations, merchandising, marketing, and driving profitability. They develop and coach the store team, ensuring excellent customer service and a safe, clean environment. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in managing P&L, cash handling, and marketing programs. They should be capable of multi-tasking, maintaining store standards, and fostering employee retention and development.
