Store Experience Associate

Job Duties

• Welcome every customer and help them find what they need
• Ring up sales accurately and enter products correctly on the register
• Handle cash and card payments carefully and honestly
• Restock shelves, coolers, and displays, and keep products faced and available
• Keep the store, restrooms, and fuel area clean, stocked, and safe
• Follow age-verification and compliance rules on restricted products
• Assist customers at the fuel pumps and EV charging stations
• Report low stock, spills, and equipment issues to the team

Education

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualification

• Previous retail experience
• Available to work shifts including evenings and weekends

Skill

• Friendly and respectful with customers
• Dependable and punctual
• Works well as part of a team 
• Eager to learn the products and keeps learning over time
• Careful and accurate with transactions and restocking
• Comfortable using a touchscreen register and handling payments
• Stays calm and handles everyday problems on the floor

17-22$ (DOE) Per Hour
