    Our New Orleans retail shop is seeking a Store Director<\/b> to lead our sales team towards achieving individual and collective shop sales targets. The ideal candidate will enjoy coaching and developing a sales force while overseeing day to day operations of the retail environment. They will be a "big -picture" thinker with a positive attitude and an aptitude towards hospitality. This individual will approach everyday with a proactive mindset and will truly take ownership of the shop's success.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Initial Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement all Retail direction in stores including, but not limited to the following areas:<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ○        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Selling Culture<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ○        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Merch Guidelines<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ○        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Markdowns & Promos<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ○        <\/span><\/span><\/span>National & Local Events<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Utilize key reports to drive store actions on a daily/weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual scale<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span>Create store schedule to support business needs<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support Marketing events and contribute to local collaborations<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure all administrative responsibilities are handled in an efficient & timely manner. (HR, FINANCE, INVENTORY PROCESSES)<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Continuously collaborate with Head of Store Experience & Inventory & Head of Visual to ensure roll out of key strategies<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure store is operating in compliance with all Billy Reid policies<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Meet & Exceed sale plans by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sale staff<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Improve conversion rate in store with a goal of a 1% -2% improvement year over year<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Attract, hire, develop and retain the best team to meet both short and long -term business goals.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Set 1 on 1’s at the end of each pay period to discuss individual team performance and goals.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build a clientele driven business rooted in developing relationships to support repeat business.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure all stores are capturing, managing & following up with all customers profiles<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure all employees Follow Up with their customers in a meaningful & timely manner.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain a keen awareness of the external market and competition<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ●        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in<\/span>
