We are currently seeking a Store / Lead Device Repair Manager to take ownership of our Northfield location. This role is a unique blend of leadership and technical expertise, responsible for both store performance and repair excellence.

Position Summary

The Manager is responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, and technical excellence in device repair operations. This role combines retail management with hands-on repair expertise, ensuring strong sales results, high-quality repairs, and exceptional customer service.

Store Leadership & Operations

- Lead daily operations and meet sales/profit goals - Manage scheduling and coverage - Maintain store standards - Control expenses - Ensure policy compliance

Sales & Customer Experience

- Drive sales growth - Deliver strong customer service - Resolve issues - Upsell products/services - Support commercial relationships

Device Repair Leadership

- Lead technician for repairs - Handle phones, tablets, consoles - Perform diagnostics and repairs - Train technicians - Maintain tech bench standards

Team Development & Accountability

- Train and coach employees - Enforce accountability - Conduct reviews - Build strong culture

Inventory & Asset Management

- Manage inventory and parts - Ensure accuracy - Monitor availability - Prevent loss

Safety & Compliance

- Enforce safety rules - Maintain focused repair environment - Proper battery handling - Follow company guidelines

Qualifications

- Retail management experience - Device repair experience - Strong troubleshooting skills - Leadership ability - Communication skills - Position Responsibility Ownership

Compensation & Growth

- Base salary - Bonus opportunities - Growth/Ownership path

Compensation & Bonus Structure

Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)

Bonus Structure: - Monthly Store Margin Performance Commission/Bonus ($300 +/month)

• Based on revenue growth, margin, and expense control

- Specialty Repair Performance Commission (10% of Sales /month)

* Quarterly Team Performance Bonus (up to $1,500/quarter)

*Total Bonus Potential on reaching customer satisfaction and sales targets: $6,000 - $15,000 annually
