Red Horse Market is looking for dedicated Stock Associates to join our team! As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store presentation, ensuring product availability, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities


  • Ensure the freshness, accuracy, and quality of all products.

  • Load and unload deliveries; set up and break down pallets.

  • Replenish stock efficiently and accurately across all areas of the store.

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests and promoting sales.

  • Conduct inventory checks and restock as needed.

  • Maintain Red Horse Market’s standards for a clean, organized shopping environment.

  • Perform seasonal exterior maintenance (e.g., shoveling snow, salting entrances).

  • Follow store opening and closing procedures.

  • Receive and inspect deliveries to verify accuracy and quality.

Requirements


  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, stooping, and climbing stairs.

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting.

  • Willingness to assist with general store maintenance as needed.
