We are looking for an experienced and skilled Store Assistant Manager with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail.

As a Store Assistant Manager, you will be in constant contact with the staff and guests, ensuring the highest quality guest services and monitoring the overall financial performance of the store. Your responsibilities will include greeting the staff and guests, providing intelligent recommendations and suggestions, building guest and brand trust, assisting the staff with their needs, and ensuring the guests have a great experience.

More importantly, you will need to be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure that ALL guests are fully satisfied.

Responsibilities of a Store Assistant Manager:

• Recruiting and appraising staff
• Training and supervising staff
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining financial and statistical records
• Dealing with guest issues and queries
• Overseeing stock and pricing control
• Maximizing profitability and productivity
• Motivating staff to meet sales targets
• Setting sales targets
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
• Preparing promotional displays and materials
• Liaising with management
• Providing opportunities for staff advancements
