Store Assistant Manager

Assisting in the appropriate operation of store security and safety systems, including but not limited to door, locks, alarms, office door, band deposits, refunds, safe, incident reports, and fire extinguishers. Responsible for ensuring the retail production needs are met through effective leadership and planning within budgeted time constraints.

The Store Assistant Managerwill assist in supervising and training all retail store and production personnel, clients, trainees, and volunteers; and will check the quality and quantity of finished products to ensure production standards and quotas are met. Responsible for ensuring the retail production needs are met through effective leadership and planning within budgeted time constraints. Assist in ensuring maximum sales performance through proper stock rotation, display, signage, and inventory levels.
