Seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations at a thrift store benefiting a rehabilitation program.

  • Assist with opening, closing, inventory, donations, and sales processes.
  • Help monitor performance, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer and donor service.
  • Supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and support hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Maintain store security, safety protocols, and accurate cash handling.
  • Support back room processing, safety meetings, and program beneficiary reporting.
