We are seeking a dedicated Store Assistant Manager to support daily store operations at our retail location benefiting an Adult Rehabilitation Program.
- Responsibilities include assisting with opening/closing, inventory management, customer service, team supervision, scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Partner with the Store Manager to monitor performance, staff development, and ensure excellent donor and customer experiences.
- Oversee cash handling, security, and back room processing, and support program beneficiaries as needed.
- Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years retail supervisory experience, valid driver’s license, and effective communication skills.
- Physical demands involve lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and repetitive tasks.
- Pay rate is $21/hour with flexible schedule requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
