Seeking a Store Assistant Manager at $21/hour to support store operations at a retail location benefiting an Adult Rehabilitation Program. Responsibilities include assisting with daily store management, inventory, merchandising, cash handling, staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching. Ensures excellent customer and donor service, maintains safety and security protocols, and supports back room processing. Must have at least 2 years retail management experience, a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
