Responsibilities include assisting with daily store operations, coaching staff, ensuring excellent customer/donor service, managing inventory, safeguarding cash, and enforcing safety and loss prevention measures.
Qualifications: High School diploma/GED, 2+ years retail management/supervisory experience, cash handling skills, valid driver’s license, background check clearance, effective communication.
Physical ability to perform tasks like standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive motions.
