Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support storage systems within an IPv6-enabled network environment to ensure high performance, security, and availability.
• Manage IPv6 configurations and troubleshoot issues related to storage systems and IPv6 networks.
• Configure storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, and Direct Attached Storage to communicate over IPv6.
• Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard data and perform disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor storage system performance, capacity, and health to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing storage solutions engineering support, including storage management, administration, and maintenance of storage systems (e.g., SAN, INAS).
• Ability to monitor storage capacity, health, and performance metrics effectively.
• Experience with regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Configure storage technologies to support IPv6 communication in addition to IPv4.
• BS degree required; additional certifications in storage or networking are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IPv6 networking, addressing, routing, subnetting, network design, and troubleshooting (nice to have).
