As a Stone Design Consultant, your primary role will be to work closely with clients, architects, interior designers, and builders to bring their visions to life. Youll be responsible for recommending and coordinating the selection of our various natural stone materials to create stunning indoor and outdoor spaces.

To excel in this role, youll need to develop a solid understanding of different stone types, their properties, and how they can be best utilized to elevate the overall aesthetic appeal of a space. You should be able to guide clients in selecting the right stones for their projects based on their preferences, budget, and functional requirements. In addition, youll need to be well-versed in the latest design trends as your recommendations should be in line with the evolving tastes and preferences of our discerning clientele. Your knowledge of color theory, texture, and pattern coordination will be invaluable in creating harmonious and visually striking designs.

As a Stone Design Consultant, youll be the face of our company, representing us in client meetings, trade shows, and various events. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to building trust and rapport with clients and industry professionals alike. Youll need to actively listen to clients needs, provide expert advice, and address any concerns or queries they may have. Working closely with architects, designers, project managers, and our sales team will be essential to ensure seamless project execution. Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome all clients to the design center.

• Assist clients with product selections, both in-person and via virtual consultations.
• Provide timely and appropriate follow-up with clients after their selections.
• Network with and invite architects, designers, and home builders to visit the design center.
• Proactively visit architect, designer, and custom home builder offices to bring awareness of our design center showroom and accommodate their availability for making stone selections.
• Plan and host quarterly events to promote the Design Center to current and potential clients.
• Collaborate with Sales by assisting with the selection process and looping them in on qualified opportunities ready to move forward with purchase.
• Track all client activity and collaborate with Sales in our CRM.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of Design Center, including opening and closing duties.
• Use design center social media accounts to promote the Buechel brand and generate interest in the design center.

Follow Buechel Stones Client Interaction Process to ensure all customers are delighted. Provide territory support by assisting with inbound inquiries in need of stone selection assistance. Work on special projects as needed.

• Previous Sales Consulting or Design Experience.

• Rendering and 3D modeling capabilities preferred.

Work Conditions

Hours will be Full-Time, On-site - Approximately 45 hours per week, and/or based on the needs of the job and business.
