HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Stockroom Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all stockroom activities such as receiving, storing, and issuing parts materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Lead, train, and evaluate stockroom personnel to ensure good performance and adherence to standard procedures
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts materials availability
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
This position requires close attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Skills and Education Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in stockroom/warehouse
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and cycle counting
- Familiarity with FAA regulations preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Must be able to work in teams
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
- Visual acuity to read labels, part numbers, and documentation
