Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM + Occasional OT

Heres what it takes to succeed with us.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in warehouse/inventory
• Experience with forklifts
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift 16' 21' aluminum extrusions onto a rolling cart for up to 10 hours/day
• Steel-toes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills, including measuring lengths and widths using fractions
• Ability to read layouts and production documents
• Experience with material handling or packing preferred
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and pack materials for customer orders
• Read and follow job layouts, shop orders, and packing instructions
• Verify incoming and outgoing product quality and quantities
• Label and organize materials accurately for shipment
• Inspect raw materials for damage or defects before staging
• Handle inventory tracking, stock organization, and returns processing
• Use basic hand tools, tape guns, drills, and measuring devices
• Support warehouse organization and maintain a safe work area following 5S practices
• Assist with locating missing or damaged materials and correcting delivery issues
