    Who You Are:

    As a Lovesac Outlet Stock Supervisor, you are energized by creating order in a fast-moving environment and ensuring products are available, organized, and ready for both our customers and team. You thrive balancing operations and sales, managing inventory, shipment processing, and fulfillment while remaining an active presence on the sales floor, engaging customers, supporting the team, and driving results with a customer-first mindset.

    You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, confidently managing changing inventory levels, daily priorities, and evolving business needs. You take pride in maintaining accuracy, improving processes, and creating a safe, efficient, and well-run operation.

    You build strong relationships across the store, partnering closely with leadership and Associates to keep the business moving. Through accountability, teamwork, and a hands-on approach, you help create a seamless customer experience while supporting strong business results.

    What You'll Do:

    Sales & Customer Experience Leadership

    • Flex between operational and customer-facing responsibilities, always prioritizing exceptional customer service while actively assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales when traffic, staffing, or business needs require.
    • Partner with the sales team to ensure merchandise is accessible, customer orders are fulfilled accurately, and product availability is communicated effectively.
    • Support the customer journey through efficient order preparation, pickup readiness, and inventory execution that enables exceptional service.
    • Demonstrate product knowledge and reinforce Lovesacs commitment to creating a remarkable experience.
    • Help maintain compelling visual presentation standards by supporting merchandising updates, signage placement, floor sets, and product movement.
    • Take ownership of your performance, operating with confidence, strong decision-making, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

    Operational Excellence

    • Support daily store operations, opening/closing, inventory, visual standards, and promotions, while upholding brand standards and using store systems and data to prioritize work and drive efficient, customer-focused execution.
    • Own inventory accuracy and product flow, ensuring merchandise is received, processed, organized, and available to support sales, fulfillment, and business goals.
    • Lead shipment, stockroom, fulfillment, and customer pickup operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment.
    • Monitor inventory discrepancies, conduct audits, and partner with leadership to quickly resolve issues and improve accuracy.
    • Adapt to changing inventory levels and business priorities while consistently delivering operational excellence.
    • Deliver on brand standards, safety, and policies in a way that feels approachable and customer-first, while contributing to a positive team environment and protecting the business.
    • Staying curious and flexible, you will take on additional priorities and special projects to keep the store, team, and brand continuing to grow

    Requirements:

    • 18 years of age or older.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or stock leadership role.
    • Experience leading inventory, shipment, fulfillment, or product flow operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while coaching and directing others.
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver results.
    • Must regularly work during high-traffic and delivery periods, mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak selling times to ensure you capitalize on inventory fulfillment.
    • Ability to utilize technology to support inventory management, fulfillment, communication, and operational processes.
    • Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
    • Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property. Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
    • Must be able to safely load, unload, stage, move, and assemble furniture products with or without assistance. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and to assemble and disassemble furniture while working on the selling floor. Candidates must be able to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other moving equipment.
    • This position regularly requires moving objects (including medium to large furniture items) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position. This position constantly requires standing and/or walking for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. This position regularly requires the following actions lifting; pushing; pulling; bending; twisting; kneeling; reaching; stooping; crawling; and climbing.

    Associates will be eligible to receive up to 125 hours of paid time off within our fiscal calendar year. They will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week. In addition, they will be eligible to receive 8 paid company recognized holidays and will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked on these holidays. Eligibility and terms for all benefits listed are as outlined in Lovesac's policy and plan documents.

    Associate pay will vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill level and competencies.
