Unpacks and verifies quantity and part number information for all incoming material prior to moving it to its inventory location. Stocks all material in the appropriate inventory location, creates labels, and assigns new locations as required. Processes necessary paperwork, prints labels, and kits material for release into the production areas. Enters daily inventory transactions into EPICOR as required. Supports work cells by pulling kits and filling kit shortages and floor shortages. Fills material requisitions, job shortages, or requests for materials and distributes items to the production floor. Pulls finished goods items and delivers them to the shipping area as required. Sorts, cycle counts, and checks raw material. Identifies inventory issues and resolves them as needed, seeking assistance from a supervisor or lead when necessary. Safely operates all motorized equipment, including forklift trucks, electric pallet jacks, and lifts. Supports Receiving and Shipping personnel as needed. Maintains organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and work area. Supports and follows all ISO standards related to Network Allies’ Quality Management System. Works overtime during peak production times as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
