**Responsibilities include:**
- Supervising stock associates, overseeing receiving, stocking, and inventory procedures
- Ensuring safety protocols and asset protection compliance
- Coordinating freight, merchandise returns, and inventory counts
- Managing stock replenishment and organizing stock areas
- Using inventory systems to track stock levels and report variances
- Collaborating on operational improvements and team performance
**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years in stock or warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma required; associate degree advantageous
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and safety regulations
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied environments
