Title - Stipend - Site Supervisor ELC ESY Program (Summer 2026)

Location: Early Learning Center (ELC)

General Duties:

The ESY Summer Site Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of a summer learning program
  • Taking part in the hiring process
  • Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
  • Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach
  • Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
  • Scheduling and logistics
  • Supporting summer staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement)
  • Grant requirement compliance if applicable

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a current Instructional Coach or Certified Teacher at the ELC who is passionate about leading this work.

Compensation: $6000 Stipend

Dates/Time: Summer school work and planning includes, but not limited to the summer school schedule which is: Summer School will run from June 29 - July 23. Site Supervisor hours: 7:45 - 12:30.

  • Week 1 - Monday June 29 - Thursday July 2
  • Week 2 - Monday July 6 - Thursday July 9
  • Week 3 - Monday July 13 - Thursday July 16
  • Week 4 - Monday July 20 - Thursday July 23
