We are looking for a skilled **Stibo Developer** with hands-on experience in **Stibo Systems STEP (Master Data Management / Product Information Management)** platform. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining product data solutions that support business processes, data governance, and integration with enterprise systems. **Key Responsibilities** + Design, develop, and configure solutions on the **Stibo STEP platform** + Implement **data modeling** , workflows, and business rules within STEP + Customize STEP using **JavaScript business rules** and **Java extensions (if applicable)** + Build and maintain **data integration pipelines** with systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and DAM + Develop and manage **inbound/outbound data feeds (ETL processes)** + Work with stakeholders to define and implement **data governance and data quality standards** + Perform **data migration, cleansing, and enrichment** + Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance + Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions + Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Strong experience with **Stibo Systems STEP (PIM/MDM platform)** + Good understanding of **Master Data Management (MDM)** and **Product Information Management (PIM)** concepts + Proficiency in: + **JavaScript (for STEP business rules)** + **Java (preferred for customization/extensions)** + Experience with **data modeling, hierarchies, workflows, and classification systems** + Knowledge of **REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON** + Experience with **integration tools** (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, or similar) + Familiarity with **SQL and relational databases** + Understanding of **data governance and data quality frameworks** **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience in **eCommerce or retail domain** + Exposure to **cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)** + Familiarity with **DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines** + Experience with **Agile/Scrum methodologies** + Knowledge of **digital asset management (DAM)** integrations **Soft Skills** + Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills + Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams + Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality Applications will be accepted until 6/30/2026 The annual salary for this position is between $130,000- $145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
