This role is integral to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety across kitchen and food & beverage service areas. The Assistant Executive Steward assists in managing the daily functions of the department, overseeing the staff, ensuring proper equipment care, and supporting the overall quality of the food and beverage service. The position demands a strong focus on hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency, in collaboration with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.The salary range for this position is $80,170 to $103,300.
