Introduction

Join our dynamic team where you will support multiple systems through maintenance, modification, and problem resolution to ensure the ongoing delivery of services. This role involves managing multiple tasks and funded projects simultaneously, coordinating resources across various applications, operations, or projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling Secure Proxy.
• Experience with file transfer protocols (Connect:Direct, Secure, FTPS, SFTP, AS2, etc.).
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using RHEL Linux.
• Network Concepts knowledge (Firewall, Proxy, Load Balancing).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Monitoring Tools such as Splunk.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, including strong people skills and communication skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tasks to fulfill internal and external data channels within established SLA.
• Coordinate activities across numerous partnering organizations including enterprise-wide fulfillment teams, Business Technology Groups, Application Development, architecture teams, Release Management, Technology Infrastructure Services.
• Interact and provide support to internal and external customers effectively.
