What Youll Bring to the Table:
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing protocols and medical equipment sterilization methods
- Proficiency in operating sterilization equipment and following strict safety procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with hospital or surgical center sterilization processes
- Familiarity with electronic tracking systems or inventory management
- Additional certifications in sterile processing or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing or a related healthcare setting
- Sterile Processing Technician Certification (CBSP or equivalent) is required
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work the night shift (11:00 PM 7:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday)
- Willingness to travel or reimbursements for licensure, certification, and travel when applicable
