Adult & Pediatric Dental Care is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Sterile Processing Technician to join our growing dental team! This position plays a critical role in keeping our clinical team efficient and maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in supporting patient care behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sterilize, package, and organize dental instruments and cassettes
- Maintain sterilization logs and infection control protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and trays for hygiene and doctor procedures
- Stock operatories and monitor supply inventory
- Assist with clinic flow and turnover between patients
- Ensure sterilization area remains clean and organized
- Follow OSHA and CDC infection control standards
Qualifications
- Dental experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
