Licensing/Certifications: CRCST or CSPDT required
Experience: Minimum 3 years at Level I or II hospital

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $30.15/hour

What Youll Do:

Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment, including sterilizers, Sterrad machines, ultrasonic cleaners, and related equipment.
Ensure proper documentation of sterilization processes and maintain compliance with infection control standards.
Operate sterilization machinery safely and efficiently.
Assist surgical teams by providing sterile instrumentation.
Follow strict protocols to ensure patient safety and equipment readiness.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sterile processing area.
Adhere to hospital policies and safety guidelines.

What You Need:

Valid CRCST or CSPDT certification
Minimum of 3 years experience working in Level I or II hospital sterilization departments
Ability to operate sterilization equipment effectively
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
Must be comfortable with variable assignments including emergency team support when required

Preferred: Prior experience with Sterrad, Ultrasonic CaviWave, and Belimed sterilizers
