While our Customer Experience Specialists focus on assisting customers directly, Dispatchers are the operational heartbeat of the team—working behind the scenes to ensure technicians are in the right place, at the right time, with maximum efficiency.

What You’ll Do

As a Dispatcher, you will:

• ️ Coordinate technician schedules throughout the day based on skill set, location, and efficiency
• ⚡ Make real-time decisions to adjust schedules as priorities shift
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with field technicians
• Communicate updates clearly and confidently across teams
• Solve logistical puzzles to keep jobs running smoothly and customers happy
• Adapt quickly to changes, re-routing and re-prioritizing as needed

Backgrounds That Thrive in This Role

We’ve seen great success from candidates with experience in:

• Transit Dispatching
• Emergency Response Dispatching
• Trades or Service Dispatching
• ️ Restaurant & Fast-Paced Hospitality Environments

Compensation & Details

• Full-Time Position
• $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Pay, and Holiday Pay
