Summary:To maintain, repair and install the equipment and systems that
heat, cool and ventilate the facility. Building codes require that we
maintain standards to occupy the facility. Job Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, and install HVAC system controls - Maintain, repair
and install digital and pneumatic controls. Maintain and repair boiler
and chiller controls. Maintain, repair and install fluid system lines -

fluid system lines. Estimate jobs - To estimate the costs of material

inventory of repairs parts and tools necessary to complete commonly
