Job Summary

The Elementary STEAM Teacher (Innovation and Applied Learning) provides engaging, standards-aligned Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) instruction to elementary students in grades TK through 6 through a structured push-in/pull-out or rotational model across multiple school sites. This position promotes hands-on, project-based learning experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and real-world application of academic concepts while integrating California Arts Standards, NGSS Engineering Practices, and Computer Science Standards. The STEAM Teacher collaborates with site administrators and classroom teachers to support student engagement, instructional innovation, and the development of meaningful learning opportunities that prepare students for future academic and career pathways.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Demonstrated experience in classroom instruction at the elementary level. Experience or training in STEAM, project-based learning, or integrated instructional practices is desirable.
