2nd Shift (2:30p–10:30p)
$3.00/hr 2nd shift differential
$1.00/hr weekend differential
Day Shift (7:00a–7:00p)
$1.00/hr weekend differential
Night Shift (7:00p–7:00a)
$2.00/hr night differential
$1.00/hr weekend differential
All roles:
Require every other weekend
Follow a predictable two-week repeating schedule
Participate in an A/B holiday rotation
$18.50–$23.00/hr base pay (based on experience)
+$3.00/hr 2nd shift differential
+$2.00/hr 3rd shift differential
+$1.00/hr weekend differential
+$3.00/hr medical opt-out (after meeting eligibility)
Combined, Nurse Aides can earn up to $30.00/hr with differentials and incentives.
This is highly competitive with regional CNA/STNA wages.
