Rosedale Green, a nonprofit skilled nursing community in Covington, Kentucky, is seeking caring, dependable State Registered Nurse Aides (SRNAs) to join our 2nd Shift team (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
At Rosedale Green, you'll do more than provide care—you'll build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside a team that values compassion, respect, accountability, and teamwork.
Unlike many long-term care communities, we are proud to be agency-free, allowing our caregivers to work with familiar teammates and provide consistent, resident-centered care.
Compensation
Earn up to $30.00 per hour through a combination of:
- Competitive base pay
- Shift differentials
- Weekend differentials
- Additional $3.00/hour Medical Opt-Out incentive for employees who qualify
(Actual pay depends on shift, schedule, eligibility, and applicable differentials.)
What You'll Do
As an SRNA, you'll play an essential role in helping residents live with dignity and comfort by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility)
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care
- Answering call lights promptly and assisting with resident needs
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
- Documenting care accurately
- Working closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and families
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) certification in good standing
- Ability to provide compassionate resident-centered care
- Excellent attendance and dependability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Second Shift
- 2:300 PM – 10:30 PM
- Every other weekend
- Holiday rotation
