The State Manager creates multi-year state-specific business strategy to drive our Personal Lines Portfolio of products to meet or exceed top and bottom-line performance aligning to enterprise goals and strategy. This position is responsible for driving strategic alignment through the launch and refinement of product offerings (pricing, underwriting appetite and product structure and enhancements) and distribution strategy. This includes developing and implementing plans and processes related to financial planning, rate reviews, market development and communication of state management.
Working directly with PL business stakeholders, the State Manager aggressively collaborates in the development, execution and monitoring of operating plans resulting in P&L objectives, including the areas of combined ratio, revenue growth, regulatory management, and legal compliance. The State Manager is responsible for building winning strategies to address complex business issues such as maximizing the opportunity of assigned state markets. Your work will support regional and corporate objectives through ongoing analysis and monitoring of results and communicating results with leadership, distribution and underwriting partners.

Nationwide Trans Inc was founded August 11, 2004 by friends and business partners Kong Lee and Tony Tran. They started in the industry at different logistics brokerages and formulated their own business model as a freight transportation provider. Nationwide started out of their one story home in 2004 with only 4 trucks and 4 drivers. After 8 months, they moved int o a 2-acre yard and bought 22 more trucks. Throughout the years, they built strong relationships with top brokers such as Landstar, Schneider, and Coyote. Lastly in July 2011 they moved the company to its current location, Ontario, CA. the 6-acre yard consists of over 100 trucks and 150 trailers. Kong and Tony's next venture is Nationwide Logistics, in which their goal is to build life-long relationships and become a superior 3PL company in the industry.
