DutiesResponsibilities
Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
Continuously fosters great relationships with team members in all areas and mentors others to do the same.
Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt professional and courteous manner.

Sets standards by being cooperative helpful and friendly and by presenting a neat clean well-groomed appearance.
Ensures proper staffing for forecasted volume and budgetary guidelines.
Ensures strict adherence to all policies and procedures.
Monitors inventories and reports discrepancies to the Director of Food & Beverage.
Oversees and enters the end of period inventory process by Supervisors and presents it to the Director of Food & Beverage.
Oversees the weekly inventory of all supplies to ensure all equipment and products needed is on hand and properly rotated.
Holds periodic meetings with Supervisors and with team members.
Meets budgeted figures for labor and other expenses.
Notifies team members of changes in policy and procedure.
Must work closely with Department Trainer to ensure all new hires are trained both with classroom and floor programs.
Ensure all existing team members are attending follow up training sessions.
Communicates any problems or concerns to Director and other departments as needed.
Works with all departments to ensure proper communication.
Participates in departmental meetings as required.
Maintains files in such a way that another supervisor could perform efficiently in the event of hisher absence.
Promotes the Casino through good will and positive attitude.
Maintains high sanitation and safety standards.
Maintains security of products and areas assigned to department.
Understands that this is a 24-hour responsibility and is accessible at all times.
Sets high standards by complying with all departmental rules policies and procedures.
Ensures that all Team Members are treated in a fair and consistent manner.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years as a manager of a full service restaurant.
Previous Starbucks Management experience is required.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational analytical and project management skills with particular attention to quality and detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the business drivers in the industry.
Demonstrates the ability to establish credibility and rapport with operating leaders.
Ability to analyze data understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
Certifications Licenses andor Registrations
Gaming licenseregistration as required by jurisdictions.
Ability to obtain a Food Managers Certificate.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work while standing for hours at a time.
Ability to lift carry push pull or move objects up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance.
Ability to use hands to handle or feel objects tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise bright lights smoke and dust.
