We're looking for experienced Stamping Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience setting up stamping presses, changing dies, troubleshooting equipment, and producing quality parts, we want to hear from you!

These positions are available immediately, and qualified candidates will be considered as soon as they apply.

Shift Options

1st Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
• Shift Differential
• Overtime Opportunities Available

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down stamping dies, upset dies, and cut-off machines.
• Perform machine adjustments to ensure quality production.
• Troubleshoot tooling and machine issues.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and maintain equipment.
• Complete die repair logs and setup documentation.
• Restock raw materials to keep production running efficiently.
• Train operators on machine operation, quality procedures, and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Stamping Technician, Die Setter, Press Setup Technician, or similar manufacturing role.
• Experience setting up stamping presses and production tooling.
• Ability to read blueprints and process documentation.
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, comparators, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing quality inspections.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
