Cimarron and Amentum are seeking a *Stakeholder and Task Integration Manager *to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.
Key Duties:
- Serve as the Stakeholder and Task Integration Manager (STIM) for Task Order (TO) 8600 supporting the MDA Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) Infrastructure Projects.
- Oversee facility sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects at the MDIOC on Schriever Space Force Base.
- Act as a senior subject matter expert (SME) with a deep understanding of MDA customer requirements.
- Identify and align the necessary skills and resources to meet evolving customer and project needs.
- Ensure overall Task Order (TO) performance by tracking and reporting on cost, schedule, and mission success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the TO, interfacing with MDA, stakeholders, and customers throughout the TO life cycle.
- Provide on-the-ground communications and coordination to support daily operations.
- Perform integrated scheduling and manage de-confliction activities at the TO level.
- Coordinate and communicate with STIMs, Department Directors, and functional leads to ensure program success.
- Collaborate with STIMs and Department Directors to support workforce agility, training, and tool alignment.
- Apply strong leadership and analytical skills in areas such as team building, project management, technical implementation, and organizational optimization.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior government customers.
- Exercise sound judgment in planning, prioritizing, organizing, and executing a complex workload.
- Develop solutions to address complex challenges and guide the team toward successful outcomes.
- Drive organizational change initiatives to align with evolving customer requirements.

- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include, but is not limited to, testing for marijuana use.
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- 10 or more years of directly related experience leading teams.
- Experience managing projects of varying size and complexity.
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, budgeting, and financial management.
- Ability to work independently to accomplish objectives with superior attention to detail.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Experience working within the Missile Defense Agency or other DOD departments/agencies.
- Experience managing one or more task orders.
- Experience managing facility modification projects.
