TITLE: Stakeholder Account Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Stakeholder Account Analyst to manage user account data and support stakeholder access across internal systems and tools. This role serves as a key point of contact between the organization and its external members, ensuring accurate account setup, access management, and ongoing maintenance. The position also supports stakeholder processes, resolves account-related issues, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth system operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate account provisioning and updates
  • Manage the setup, maintenance, and administration of user accounts and access permissions across stakeholder-related systems
  • Monitor submitted user data for accuracy and follow up with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of user accounts, voting activity, and system access, making updates as needed
  • Assist external users with account setup, including access to voting tools and stakeholder applications
  • Provide guidance and support to new users navigating stakeholder tools, systems, and processes
  • Perform regular audits and validations of user accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and documented procedures
  • Ensure proper assignment and enforcement of roles, permissions, and responsibilities in alignment with established guidelines
  • Review and maintain access records, ensuring users meet required qualifications and access is appropriately assigned
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation to support internal analysis and stakeholder communications
  • Develop communications for internal and external audiences based on an understanding of business processes and system requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support issue tracking tools and the distribution of stakeholder-related materials
  • Document processes, system updates, and stakeholder-related procedures to ensure consistency and transparency
  • Assist with coordination and support of stakeholder meetings and related logistics
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience is required. MBA in Business Administration is preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a business analyst or customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to understand business needs while building trust and credibility with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with external customers and maintaining professional relationships
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments
  • Experience managing or supporting user accounts, system access, or internal tools
  • Familiarity with account administration, access controls, or similar systems preferred
  • Experience with platforms such as SharePoint or Salesforce is a plus
