Staging & Warehouse Team Member

March Home Staging is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing company. This job is flexible hours and jumping in wherever you are needed. You'll split your time between de-staging houses, organizing the warehouse, and packing, unpacking, and helping with staging.

Schedule & Pay:

• This is our busy season, so we are looking for help 2 to 3 days a week (15-20hrs a week)
• We may occasionally need a fourth day during really busy weeks.
• $20/hour starting pay, with room to advance
• Must be available in the morning (start time as early as 7:30am) to mid-day (around 3pm) hours depending on the project that day.
• No weekends or evenings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with art installations (level & hammer use)
• Light decor setup
• Train to oversee movers during stages & destages
• Prep, pack, and organize staging inventory and d\u00e9cor in the St. Charles warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Perform light cleaning, steaming, and ironing for staging materials at the staging site
• Support lead stager on-site with setups and breakdowns
• Set up and keep track of inventory through a staging program called StageForce.

• Must be able to work at the St. Charles warehouse and travel to staging sites across the Greater St. Louis area
• Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
• Comfortable with light physical work (lifting, carrying, moving d\u00e9cor/furniture)
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• Okay with being a 1099 contractor, responsible for submitting taxes
