Location: Lewisville, TX 75067 (On-site) — 2730 S Edmonds Ln, Suite 300
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week , 8-hour shifts
Pay: $60/hr

Now hiring a Staff Pharmacist in Lewisville, TX to support a high-volume pharmacy services operation. In this Staff Pharmacist role, you will provide day-to-day pharmaceutical care, verify prescriptions prior to dispensing, and supervise Pharmacy Technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations. This is a strong opportunity for a Texas-licensed Pharmacist who is detail-driven, patient-focused, and comfortable working with pharmacy workflow/automation systems in a production-paced environment.

• Provide day-to-day pharmaceutical care and medication management for patients
• Review prescriptions prior to dispensing; verify and resolve questionable prescriptions
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and check technician work for accuracy and compliance
• Provide guidance on complex prescriptions, pharmacy automation systems, order workflow, and issue resolution
• Communicate with patients, prescribers, clinics, and healthcare providers as needed
• Ensure appropriate storage, handling, and security of products per laws, regulations, and accrediting standards (e.g., NABP )
• Maintain required continuing education (CE) credits to keep licensure active
• Assist with shipping/logistics coordination of orders before and after shipment as needed
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and quality/safety standards

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Texas (required)
• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy (or foreign pharmacy graduate meeting applicable requirements)
• Strong prescription verification skills; excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and perform in a high-volume workflow environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort with pharmacy systems and automation/workflow tools
