About the Role:
As a Staffing Development Coordinator - RN, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day staffing needs of our healthcare facility. This includes coordinating staffing schedules, conducting onboarding and orientation programs for new staff members, and developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, while also identifying and addressing any gaps in staffing or training needs.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize gaps in care
Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new staff members
Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
Identify and address gaps in staffing or training needs, and develop solutions to address them
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
