We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator who can keep things moving, keep people aligned, and keep cool under pressure. This isn't a recruiting role. It's about real-time operations, people support, and making things work when they shouldn't.
What You'll Do
Be the go-to for on-the-ground staffing coordination and support
Jump into issues as they happen—attendance gaps, shift coverage, workflow hiccups—and figure it out fast
Navigate an ERP system without losing your sanity (or your sense of humor)
Have direct, honest conversations with associates about attendance and performance
Partner with leadership to keep operations running smoothly—even when things get chaotic
Balance people-first instincts with business needs
What We're Looking For
A people person who isn't afraid of tough conversations
Someone who can think on their feet and act quickly
Comfort with organized chaos —and maybe even enjoying it a little
Strong problem-solving skills with a “let's fix this now” mindset
Tech-comfortable (ERP frustration tolerance required)
Reliable, flexible, and ready to jump in wherever needed
Schedule & Perks

Part-time role (<35 hours/week) —but don't let that fool you

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
