Acloche is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for our Lancaster staffing office. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of candidate recruitment and job placement.
 
The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting and interviewing experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a desire to help people.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Use online recruiting resources and social media to source and recruit.
  • Review applications and resumes for skills, experience and knowledge required for position requirements.
  • Assess candidates on their knowledge, skills, abilities, competencies, goals and preferences by screening, interviewing and conducting background checks.
  • Attend recruiting events (job fairs, social networking events, community groups, etc.).
  • Prepare and/or edit associate resumes or bios for submission to clients.
  • Manage the scheduling of interviews and document post-interview feedback.
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates and communicate all terms and conditions of the assignment.
  • Provide basic coaching and counseling when applicable to Associates to improve performance, attendance, and/or any other job-related function that affects successful employment.
 
Requirements: 
  • Previous recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Ability to direct and manage people in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including report preparation and record-keeping.
  • Travel to Groveport location may be required.
 
Compensation Package:
  • Hourly rate negotiable based on previous experience.
  • Placement commissions and quarterly bonuses based on performance.
