Job Summary:

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Provides strategic scheduling support to multiple hospital nursing departments to ensure optimal staffing and utilization of the patient care team; generally supports nursing leadership to achieve operational improvement and labor cost reduction.

Education
Experience
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience required.
Prior experience as a staffing or scheduling coordinator preferred.
Prior healthcare experience preferred.
Medical terminology preferred
License/Certifications

Experience interacting with various levels of leadership and staff.
Ability to develop strong relationships through email, text and phone.
Acute attention to detail.
Ability to exercise excellent judgment and diplomacy in all interactions.
