QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Education

  • Industry Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, inside sales, account management, or a fast-paced staffing environment is preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed high-volume outbound activity goals (such as making 50+ phone calls daily/weekly).
    Skills & Competencies
  • High-Volume Recruiting: Proven capability to manage a robust candidate pipeline, including sourcing, scheduling 40+ interviews, and making successful placements weekly. 
  • Inside Sales & Relationship Building: Strong phone presence and confidence in conducting business development activities, cold calling, and setting client appointments. 
  • Time Management & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, plan ahead, and manage time effectively to meet strict weekly benchmarks. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for regular candidate follow-ups, client management, and active community networking. 

Technical & Operational Requirements

  • CRM/ATS Proficiency: Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems or CRMs (experience with Bullhorn is a major plus). 
  • Data Integrity: Strict attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate, real-time documentation and database updates. 
  • Metrics-Driven Mindset: Ability to utilize data dashboards (such as Tableau or reporting portals) to track personal KPIs, analyze performance, and pivot strategies as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Business Development

  • Inside Sales Activity: Execute a minimum of 50 Inside Sales Calls each week to drive business growth.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure at least 2 Scheduled Discovery Appointments per week with prospective clients.
  • MPC Marketing: Conduct 25 MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) Calls weekly to market top talent to potential employers. 
  • Community Engagement: Actively develop business contacts and maintain a visible, involved presence within the local community.

Recruiting & Talent Management

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active talent bench of approximately 5 Associates ready for immediate placement for each core position. 
  • Office Recruitment Goals: Contribute directly to the office's collective weekly recruitment pipeline goals, which include driving recruiting calls, pre-interviews, scheduling/conducting interviews, and hiring new Associates. 
  • Relationship Management: Maintain consistent, high-quality communication and regular follow-ups with both clients and candidates.

 
Data Integrity & Administration

  • Bullhorn System Logging: Maintain real-time, accurate data entry for all professional activities within Bullhorn ("If it isn't in Bullhorn, it didn't happen"). 
  • Strategic Planning: Plan daily and weekly schedules proactively to ensure all operational benchmarks and pricing standards (such as maintaining gross margin goals) are consistently met.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Daily Team Huddles: Actively participate in daily AM and PM meetings to discuss KPI progress, share insights, and reflect on team performance. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Routinely monitor personal performance metrics via reporting tools to adjust habits and pivot strategies as office priorities shift.
