Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with diverse mental health needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions.
- Facilitate workshops and support groups as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Build rapport with clients to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. EMDR/Hypnotherapy trained a plus
- Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LSW, Phd/PsyD or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and mental health diagnoses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
