As a Staff Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in supporting adults enrolled in the One Care program by overseeing a team of Care Coordinators who provide high-quality, person-centered care management services. You’ll help ensure individuals with medical, behavioral health, and/or substance use needs receive compassionate support, meaningful community connections, and coordinated care that promotes stability, independence, and overall well-being.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in a related mental health field preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a human service field required
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
Experience working with individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use disorders strongly preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Knowledge of mental health, substance use, care management, and the intersection of medical and behavioral health systems
Knowledge of community resources and social determinants of health
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), email systems, and basic computer technology
Valid driver’s license and reliable, legally registered vehicle available during working hours required
Schedule: Full-Time Hybrid- Monday - Friday 8am-4:30p
presence in the office and in the community is required.
Salary: $54k - $69K
