About The Role
The Consumer Brand Platform engineering team owns the systems which power the consumer experience for tracking and managing deliveries throughout our logistics network. The team is responsible for driving successful outcomes for consumers by providing transparency into their delivery status, ensuring they know where their packages are and when to expect them, and enabling our support staff to effectively assist consumers with their delivery needs.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building tooling that powers our consumer experience on the Veho platform. Youll work on projects related to delivery tracking, consumer notifications, and support tools to give consumers visibility into their deliveries and empower support roles to provide exceptional customer service. You will build APIs and applications which integrate with data science systems to empower data-informed decisions, and work with various cross-functional teams to drive high-impact architectural solutions and hands-on development, including inception, design, execution, and delivery following good design and coding practices.
