People who work for themselves fuel our global economy. In the US, small businesses employ 60% of the workforce and create 80% of new jobs; internationally the stats are even more skewed. But the odds are stacked against them. One of two fails in the first five years, two of three before they can turn ten.

The QuickBooks Online team is launching a new business offering to fuel the growth of growing mid-market businesses with more complex needs by becoming their single source of truth for running their businesses and also managing their finances.

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead a top QuickBooks Mid-Market initiative. You will be responsible for defining the short-and-long term product strategy to deliver delightful experiences for QuickBooks Advanced accounting functionality, and supporting our newest product - Intuit Enterprise Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute impactful product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs

Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes

Lead a global cross-functional team including engineering, design, and product functions across time zones (engineering team is based in India)

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, including leading groups to make informed decisions even in the absence of perfect data

Excited by the prospect of contributing to a newer area of the business - where existing precedents may not exist and creativity and judgment may be needed to identify the 'right' solution

Experience working in the Fintech SaaS space serving large business (B2B) customers, including familiarity with core business functions such as accounting, invoicing, cash flow management, compliance, and reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

Demonstrated track record in SaaS product management delivering features that solve core customer needs, coupled with familiarity with the financial technology industry and the needs of medium-sized businesses

Ability to uncover customer needs and astutely leverage internal and external technologies to create innovative solutions, including adept use of artificial intelligence and automation

Can fluidly operate at multiple levels, from distilling insights and presenting to leadership as well as getting involved at the ground level and sweating the details

Experience working in complex, high-stakes environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity, coupled with a strong bias for action

Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and customer-obsessed work environment
