Position Summary

The Manager, Transformation Management plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation by identifying, shaping, prioritizing, and delivering initiatives that unlock measurable business value. Reporting to the Senior Director, Transformation Management Office, this role serves as both a strategic advisor and execution leader, partnering across business functions to build and maintain a robust portfolio of transformation opportunities aligned to organizational priorities.

This position is responsible for developing a pipeline of initiatives focused on operational excellence, process optimization, cost reduction, productivity improvement, growth enablement, and organizational effectiveness. The Manager will oversee a team of Transformation Managers responsible for delivering project outcomes while also directly leading select strategic and ad hoc initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong business acumen, program leadership, change management expertise, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Transformation Strategy & Opportunity Identification
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities that drive measurable operational, financial, and customer value.
  • Develop business cases, scope definitions, and value realization plans for transformation initiatives aligned to organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and accelerate business outcomes.
Portfolio & Program Management
  • Build and oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, resource capacity, and expected benefits.
  • Establish governance, prioritization, and performance tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, and value realization.
  • Provide portfolio-level reporting and recommendations to support leadership decision-making and investment prioritization.
Project Delivery & Execution
  • Lead select cross-functional transformation initiatives and high-priority ad hoc projects.
  • Ensure projects are executed effectively by managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive sustainable adoption of project outcomes through structured change management.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Transformation Managers responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, priorities, and accountability measures.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
Position Requirements

Education and Experience
  • Bachelors in science degree or equivalent required
  • 5+ years experience leading continuous improvement projects
  • 3+ years experience leading cross functional teams, projects, or direct reports
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with senior leaders and influencing decision making across all levels
  • Experience building business cases, including quantifying financial and operational benefits

Licenses & Certifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, AI, Agile, or equivalent certification

Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
